🔄 Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped — whichever is earlier. To cancel, please contact us at menlineenterprise@gmail.com or

After Shipment:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange (see below).

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed in the following cases:

You canceled your order before shipping.
You received a defective or damaged product.
The product you received is incorrect or not as described.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after verification.

🔁 Return/Exchange Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products must be:

Unused and unwashed
In original condition with all tags and packaging

Items not eligible for return:

Customized or altered products
Final sale/discounted items
Items with visible signs of wear or damage

🚚 Return Shipping

In case of wrong or defective items, return shipping will be covered by Menline.
For other reasons (e.g., size issues, change of mind), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
